After having established itself in competence at the national level, CREA Aménagement plans to refine this reputation by trying to meet the double challenge of quality and competitiveness.
The computerization process began with the creation of the firm in 1997. In accordance with its vocation, it has equipped itself with logistics enabling it to manage internally the projects entrusted to it in accordance with its quality system.
Thus the office has the IT resources (computers, scanners, graphics and calculation software) necessary for the development of a study from its design to the printing of the finished documents. (Sketch, working drawing, structural calculation, synthetic images, automated mapping) and subsequently the management of the follow-up of its realization.
The group, always at the forefront, is constantly equipping itself with new and efficient tools to match its ambitions. CREA Aménagement now places BIM at the heart of its development and expansion strategy. We are in the process of integrating BIM from the initial design phase, by planning the development stages of the project, by carrying out bills of quantities and estimates, the environmental and energy balance sheet and by preparing the facility management of the building.
The CREA Aménagement design office has equipment enabling it to provide certain investigative, diagnostic, measurement and field surveys services necessary for carrying out the projects entrusted to it. It also has human resources mastering these techniques so that they can follow them whenever they are entrusted to specialized companies.
CREA Aménagement has set up a documentation and information unit bringing together the latest edition of standards and regulations, the most significant technical works in its areas of expertise and specialized publications. A documentary watch through the net of the latest novelties in materials and construction techniques has been set up with the aim of providing this unit with the most useful works and constantly updating legal, regulatory and normative texts.
For better management of finished documents, CREA Aménagement has created a unit completely dedicated to checking graphic and written files before their final printing. This unit is also responsible for the classification and archiving of the documents produced.
